I didn't think there was enough specific information given about the research facility to make an informed decision on whether we need it or not. A: I agree . I would have thought the presenter ( ) spent more time explaining the need for a new facility. Instead, he spent all of his time explaining the research that will be done there. B: Yeah, if you ( ) asked me halfway into the presentation what the main topic was, I don't know if I ( ) answered correctly. A: I definitely ( ) . B: Well, may be we ( ) asked more questions about the need for the facility. He did offer to answer questions. A: I guess, but I think it was more his responsibility to let us know. After all, he was the main speaker. He ( ) been more prepared. B: Yes, he ( ) at least told us what is wrong with the current facility. It doesn't seem that out-of-date to me! A: Too bad he didn't . I actually think it would be exciting if we do get a new facility. The new research projects sound really interesting.
