I received your memo about the communication skills course planned for next Friday. I think it sounds like an excellent idea. There have been numerous times in the office when I have felt that some of our employees lacked the skills to deal with their colleagues and s effectively. I certainly know that many of the marketing employees would (28) from this type of session.
Unfortunately, the proposed date clashes with an important trade show in Calgary. This is one of our most important s of the year, so at least (29) the employees in my department will be in attendance. Seeing as so many of my employees will be out of the office, is there any chance that you could reschedule the training session to accommodate my team If that is impossible, then could you put on an (30) session for those marketing employees who miss out on Friday
